Genesis 17:12 YHVH told Abraham: And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which [is] not of thy seed. For those who have not had this privilege at birth don't be condemned. Circumcision of the heart comes first for some. Although it would have been easier on the eighth day for you, it may be a greater privilege to make a conscious decision of your own to covenant with father in this way.
