It's one of the most common phrases heard in television courtrooms. But what exactly is hearsay? Why do judges sometimes exclude it? Why are there so many exceptions? We’ll learn with our guest is Professor Frank Rosenblatt from the Mississippi Christian University School of Law. Does all this lawyer talk make you want to attend law school?
