well anybody who has been on social media or here may or may not know that I am deep in my own emotions with my mom dying, and all the imperfect support systems around that before and after. Every day we have opportunity to show our kids and ourselves how we can manage and work with and allow and be present for emotions so let's see what can be possible, today.
