Thirty years ago this month, a 7.1 Quake rocked the San Francisco Bay Area (though the USGS would later revise that to 6.9). The Oakland A's and San Francisco Giants were embroiled in the Battle of the Bay, a World Series event that would ultimately have a big impact on the death toll of the quake. Our hosts were in 8th and 5th grade, home from school, and around the house when the ground started moving. In this episode, Taylor & Seb look back on their memories from the Loma Prieta quake: 5:04pm, October 17, 1989. Join in the discussion on Twitter and Facebook. Share your memories of this event with us.
