In Fitness and In Health

After a long weekend and a triumphant diagnosis of my own health, along with a few other things lingering in my mind, I thought it the right time to do a heavy digression on health, fitness and quality of life. We are living through a time where fitness and healthy choices are a clear option. We have science to back it up yet so many Americans are suffering through self inflicted pain and illness. Don't be one of these people who gives up at 30 or 40. One of the reasons I do this show is so I can be a beacon of hope for others. I work hard so maybe I can convince one other person to do the same. Maybe my life will be worth something in the end if I pull that off.
