Emile DeFelice is founder of Soda City, Columbia, South Carolina's Main Street market open every Saturday morning 9AM - 1PM, year-round. Emile also serves on the board of the Animal Mission and co-founded Columbia's Mardi Gras Festival. The Soda City Market, is a privately market that offers everything from eggs to art on Saturdays along Main Street and regularly draws over 5,000 people downtown as well as brings in roughly $5 million in annual revenue. Emile spent the early part of his career as a farmer and has spent over 20 years in the business.
