One of the hardest parts of the grieving process after losing a loved one is that sometimes, basic small talk can remind you of them. From a co-worker asking how they are doing not knowing they’ve died, to a casual acquaintance trying to learn about your family or other friends, there are plenty of ways that someone may accidentally bump the wound of your grief.
