Trail History

On this week's episode we talk about what it's important to learn the history of our trails. Have you ever stopped to read the trail marker history information? Or gone online to research the history fo the trail/park you plan on hiking? You'd be supposed at what you'll find!!!! We challenge you this week to pick a trail and find out what this history of that location is. Did Native Americans live there? How about a settlement form the 1800's? Or is it something modern?
