Tyler Schmidt ( @tyler ) graduated from Penn State University in 2013 with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. During his time in college, Tyler developed such a compelling resume that in less than one year following graduation, Tyler began working for VaynerMedia , an elite marketing agency founded by social icon Gary Vaynerchuk . Tyler landed a job at VaynerMedia in 2.5 weeks from leaving his first job after graduation - a crazy feat. Today, Tyler serves as Gary's right-hand-man, working on all the latest projects, meeting power-players, and learning from the industry's best.
