Naitik Mehta

Naitik Mehta is the CEO and co-founder of Next Billion. NextBillion.org connects talent with disabilities to inclusive employers in tech. Their mission is to build the largest community of people with disabilities in tech. Although Naitik is now a CEO, he was a designer for most of his life. On the show, I talk to him about finding design at a young age, immigrating from Pune, India to Vancouver and how he started Next Billion. He is using technology and community to do good in the world.
