She has served as an educator for 18 years as a teacher, curriculum coach, assistant principal, and now lead learner. Bethany has a blog entitled Learning and Leading: A Lifelong Journey. Jennifer Risinger Jennifer Risinger is a 2nd year principal in Athens, Texas. Prior to moving to Athens, Jennifer worked in the Houston area as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. Jennifer has a passion for learning and loves seeing that same passion grow in her students and co-workers. As a building principal, Jennifer finds it most important to build rapport and let her staff know they are valued. Jennifer and her staff at Central Athens Elementary are pumped to get the on the bus this fall!
