Episode 3 - Global CDH Holiday Dinner

On December 23, 2008 Global CDH held a holiday dinner at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York-Presbyterian. This dinner was hosted for over 50 parents, hospital staff, and families of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Children's Hospital. Global CDH presented our Project Neonatal ICU package to a family at this event. The families baby boy is receiving treatment for the unique and specialized care related to congenital diaphragmatic hernia. The parents were presented with a package which included within our Project NICU package, some products that may help offset the costs of items which the family may require during their length of stay at the hospital. Included were gift cards which will offset gas expenditure, visits to Starbucks, and several toiletries. The video may be viewed at this link. Following the presentation of the gift package the families enjoyed the holiday dinner provided by the following restaurants. The entree was provided by Franco's Metro located in Fort Lee, NJ; the Kosher entree was provided by Dougie Doug's located in New York, NY; the cake was donated by Harvest Moon in Montvale, NJ; and the holiday cookies were donated by Palisades Park Bakery located in Palisades Park, NJ.
