No matter what we do, playing small or going for it, there will be pain. Just remember, the pain of change is temporary. It comes and goes… and yes, sometimes it is extremely painful. Ask yourself, is it worth it? The answer is usually yes! CHANGE IS WORTH IT. However, the pain of remaining the same hurts every single day. It grows as the days go by and can lead to so many horrible things, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and worse, giving up and settling for average. The pain of change is so much more worth it. The pain of remaining the same weighs tons. You will suffer pain either way so you might as well choose to be great, follow your dreams, and SUFFER THE PAIN OF CHANGE! No Pain, No Gain - it’s GAMETIME!
