Joe talks about his growing up in Tonga and having to move to NZ around the start of his teenage years, adjusting to a new culture, but how this all led up to his faith in Christ. That same faith carried him through to represent Tonga in weightlifting at this year's Commonwealth Games. And in that frame, Joe gives some advice to budding athletes.
