We talk about personalized nutrition, Food and Epigenetics, the 90/10 Rule, Food for Both Acute and Chronic Conditions and so much more. Long considered by colleagues to be the authority in his field, Donnie has authored two definitive books on botanical and herbal medicine: Herbal Medicine, Healing and Cancer (1999) and Adaptogens in Medical Herbalism: Elite Herbs and Natural Compounds for Mastering Stress, Aging and Chronic Illness (2013).
