Industrial maintenance and reliability professionals have a much wider set of tools to choose from to monitor machine health than they did 10 years ago, with AI software poised to change the toolkit even further. However, at some point, all of the motors, pumps, and steam traps still need to be checked and tested, the same as they have been for decades. This presentation will take a look at the technologies that have changed asset management the most over the last decade, along with some of the maintenance best practices that guide their application.
