Hello beautiful souls!! I am back! In this episode, I begin by talking about what has been going on in my life and how I have been navigating through everything. The main focus of this episode is to remind you to not belittle or betray yourself just to make other people feel comfortable. We are here to bring the uncomfortable. I want to remind you to remain true to yourself and your own truth. Do not let other people deplete you of your energy. The reason I named this, "The Philosophy Of Not Giving A F*ck" is because we need to stop giving out energy to the opinions of others, the negativity outside of us, and we need to start putting ourselves first. This ties in with the current events of the jab. So many people have been coming to me saying that their loved ones make them feel guilty for doing what is best for them and that is where this philosophy comes into play. The attachment to these emotions is what is draining our energy.
