This Holiday Wish episode is on GENTLENESS. AND, that is the holiday wish I want to share with you. I would describe gentleness as something so moving that it makes you feel so good. Think about if you've ever carried someone's baby or carried your own baby, didn't you do it with the most extreme gentleness ever? And, you didn't want to hurt the baby and you were soft and delicate. Gentleness is free from being harsh or rough. Focus and think about how you treat yourself and how you live your life, do you treat yourself with gentleness? Once you understand yourself, it's so easy to understand your life and the life around you. Life becomes so much better to live. If you just take notice of how you're treating yourself, how you're treating people, it allows our hearts and minds to work together.
