Guilty

A reading of a piece I posted on my blog. It speaks on how I felt laying in bed for 10hrs while I had pressing “work” to do. Had I been home I would have been berated for being lazy and even though I wasn’t home; I’d heard it too many times to forget. I felt lazy. Well, don’t think we don’t feel the way you think. Most mentally ill persons having depressive bouts beat themselves up way more than you can imagine. Help us up, speak life into us. Be kind with your words...please.
