We revealed the laws /employers’ legal obligations that are in place to prevent and address such behaviours while examining the encouragement of reporting and resolving such incidents through ADR. Furthermore, we highlighted the common obstacles that impede employees from reporting, such as fear of retaliation from the organisation or employer.
