We aim to contribute to the civic discourse on how ADR and digitisation can transform the lives of citizens caught in the web of justice backlogs. In this series, we explore whether ADR is gaining traction as a core feature of mainstream litigation. We also unpacked the pre-action protocols and discussed how parties can go about selecting mediators. Finally, we analysed how jurisdictions such as the Netherlands, Trinidad and Tobago, British Columbia (Canada), Nigeria, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, and the USA have embraced digital transformation and court digitisation. Our discussion draws on the works of leading scholars, including Prof. Frank Sander, Prof. Ahmed Masood, Ms Achere Cole, and Prof. David Allen Larson.Please
