She also serves on the Utah Board of Higher Education alongside Sydnee Dickson, promoting initiatives like SheTech to support women in technology. Kevin Nethercott highlighted the rapid growth of Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) in the telecommunications sector, facilitating communication functions in everyday applications. He noted the demographic challenges within the industry and the establishment of a "Women in CPaaS" group to foster networking and dialogue among women.
