June is Pride Month, so this week at The EDGE Podcast we decided to focus on the LGBT consumer and companies that have engaged with them, through advertising, in the past and present. To start out we covered three companies that were trailblazers in LGBT-inclusive advertising, accidentally, two out three just happened to be from our Scandinavian brothers. We also delved into a local company that has more recently reached LGBT consumers in an authentic manner. The LGBT consumer group is broad and ever expanding. Each consumer has their own, individual quirks, but this week we tried to boil them down into some semblance of trends and data points for you to digest.
