There's lots of reasons to be vegan, from not wanting to eat animals to doing it to support another vegan, but whatever the reason its important to stay healthy with a balanced diet. Many people struggle with weight while being vegan. I share a few ideas on how to keep a balanced and varied diet, while enjoying the food you eat! I'm not a vegan, but I have plenty of days that I don't eat meat or animal products. If you have ever been interested here is a chance to give it a try! Lets try it together for 24 hours!
