Researching down payment assistance programs for a fourplex property (considered residential). Financial Goals and Clarification End Goal : Secure an investment property in 90 days. Overcome challenges of bad credit and little to no money. Plan : Repair personal credit. Research down payment assistance. Aim to save $95,000 instead of $120,000.
