The 100% Pass Rate Are You A General Or A Private?

This is a tough topic for me to discuss. A student told me that she feels her school is worried more about their 100% pass rate than her genuinely passing. That got to me because, how can we make it to the next level if we are all out for ourselves? If all we do is TAKE, TAKE, TAKE. As a coach, you have to understand that your success is in part dependent upon your trainee's mental state. If the people you train, are worried about succeeding just to make "you" happy, you both will fail. AND FAIL HARD. The key to success in coaching/teaching, making your students believe in their capabilities while helping them become aware of their purpose for competing.
