Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Public Health Advocate and Death Doula Vicki Eber was "Born into death", her mother dying of cancer when she was still a young child. In this podcast, she shares details of this part of her early journey and how it paved the foundation of the path towards doing the work she does today. She discusses what the work of a death doula actually looks like in practice, as well as discusses the intersection between her work in that field and her experience as wellness coach and yoga guide. Often a topic avoided in our western culture, Vicky and Danielle chat about death in its many different forms and the journey into our own depths that grief caan take us on.
