Erin Rost shocked the obstacle racing community just over a week ago when she finished second at the 2018 World's Toughest Mudder. I reached out to Rost to find out more about this 27-year-old Air Force Captain. In the conversation, we talk about attending the Air Force Academy, why jumping off a 37-foot-jump at World's Toughest Mudder was no big deal. We chat about both being goalies in college and the unique mindset it takes to play the position. As well we talk about World's Toughest Mudder itself, what this podium finish means to Rost and what she plans to do next in the obstacle course racing world.
