Being unapologetically you

We're living in a digital era full of proclaimed gurus, 'thought leaders' and innovators. We are always looking for the next Steve Jobs or Gary Vaynerchuk. One of the worst things you could ever do is try to mold yourself into something you're not. Whenever you try and copy someone else's behaviour or actions, it simply won't work. It's not your true persona. Today's show is all about being the real you...unapologetically. Being transparent with your tribe and getting out from behind the curtains that you previously have been hiding behind. People can sniff out a fake a mile off. Whether that's you not telling the truth or trying to be something you're not. It's black and white and your audience will see straight through it. Sharing the 'real' you is one of the best things you can do to attract more people who are just like you. Never let someone else dim your light. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll quickly discover a direct correlation with the depth of content you share and the relationship you build with your tribe.
