Dear Journey, Steps to Change

I knew I needed to change to make my life better, in this episode I explain the few steps I took to implement change. I made the change for the sake of myself as a women, for my daughter, for my marriage, and for the betterment of my children. Change can be such a scary thing to do when you’re so use to being one way. It was a challenge to make the changes but in order to life a life of abundance I needed to be better. The first step was improving my spiritual life and putting God first again. Learning to devote time him, praying, exercising my faith, and simply allowing Him to guide me. The second step was becoming a better women. Getting up everyday to look well out together, being more alive, smiling more often, finding the good in every situation, cleaning my house more often, washing the dishes, cooking more often.
