Monica Lee Bellais, WIFV Board Member and creator of Spotlight on Screenwriters, gives Reel Talk with Film DC listeners a first-hand take on how Spotlight on Screenwriters was conceived and how it's already helping talented screenwriters in the region. She is joined by featured screenwriters in the catalog.
