As the Legal function transforms, so too does the way in which it contributes to an organisation's risk management approach, playing a greater role than ever before. However, what exactly constitutes legal risk, how should it be managed, and by whom? Towards the end of 2018, we surveyed general counsel and senior in-house lawyers to benchmark approaches to legal risk management.
