Get full MLS access here. As promised, today I wanted to give you a brief market flashback. We saw the same trend at the beginning of 2016 through the end of 2016. Basically, it was a seller’s market with heavy buyer demand and low inventory. We saw multiple offers on properties in a short amount of time. If you had a good agent, they were able to explain the difference between the offers that came in that would get you the most amazing deal. “ Thankfully, the election is over, interest rates are still low, and inventory is still low. ” Thankfully, the election is over, interest rates are still low, and inventory is still low. Whether you’re in a position to buy, sell, or do both, it’s time to hop on the boat, because it’s a great time to do it.
