DJJK Episode #20-Miyo Strong

I wish we could have went on for another hour with Miyo but she had some people she needed to strangle on the mats. We had a great time and it's a great episode to get your heads thinking if you are doing everything you can to prepare yourself incase of an attacker. Miyo is not only a bad ass on the mats but she is a becoming one of Utah's advocate for women self defense and women's jiujitsu by not just self defense but I think just her sharing her own experiences to others helps a lot too!
