Kristin shared about her deployment to Baghdad, Iraq while serving in the Army and her convoy being hit with an IED attack and how she coped with her transition after her deployment. Kristin is a Brazilian Jiujitsu Brown Belt under Professor Paul Silva from Carlson Gracie San Diego, CA she is also an Army Combat Veteran and a breast cancer survivor and currently trains at Carlson Gracie Gilbert, AZ.
