Homeless and happy? Is it possible to find joy if you are living on the street and have nothing? Is there any correlation between poverty and happiness? Rich or poor, you can still have a positive outlook and be grateful and have things to look forward to. Bonnie Hardie, has been homeless since February. She suffered several losses , went thru a Hurricane, and spends her energy and time trying to empower midlife women- by showing them how to enjoy their life and feel good, regardless of their circumstances. She is dedicated to changing people’s lives every single day, despite the challenges she faces currently in not having a place to live. She shares with us a priceless morning routine that involves grounding, meditation, breathwork, gratitude and journaling.
