De song Al Thuis gaat over Bow, de oudste zoon van Diggy Dex. Bow is hoogbegaafd en zit in het autistisch spectrum. Singer-songwriter Jan Willem Roy kwam met de eerste regels voor dit liedje aan, en koppelde dat gelijk aan een situatie die er was met Bow, die op dat moment naar een andere school gestuurd werd omdat hij op de oude niet kon aarden. Ze het lied samen afgemaakt, en bespreken dat in de laatste aflevering van Carrousel De Podcast.
