Rada Owen

Rada Owen, Olympic freestyle swimmer, joins California Triathlon Soup to discuss her path to the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. We go into some detail about her time on an Auburn team coached by Dave Marsh, going to the Olympics and some current training techniques she uses with us wacky triathletes. Rada is originally from Virginia and a graduate of Auburn University where she was a six-time SEC champion, a 14 time All-American, and was instrumental in developing a national championship-winning team before swimming in Sydney. Get ready for 45 minutes that will go as quickly as Rada moves in the pool.
