Vuelta Stages 17 & 18 were expected to work out some of the GC issues,... but did they? Stage 17. O Barco de Valdeorras to Alto de El Morredero (143.2km) Stage 18 (ITT): Valladolid to Valladolid (12.2km) The Vuelta is heating up with some more mountains, but not the big big climbs yet.
