A regular advisor to boards and senior management, Neil's practice focuses on cybersecurity risks. Our host for this episode is Sophia Hudson , a partner in Davis Polk's Corporate Department, practicing in the Capital Markets Group. She advises U.S. and non-U.S. issuers and underwriters on capital markets transactions, as well as corporate clients, including management teams and boards of directors, on governance, corporate and securities law matters.
