Because the first 11 digits are 3.1415926535 and if you round the 10th digit, you get 4, not 3! Jen’s Key Lime Pi Recipe 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup key lime juice 3 egg yolks 1 graham cracker crust Preheat the oven to 225. Add everything but the crust to a blender, and blend until it’s smooth and well-mixed. Pour it into the crust and bake for 15 minutes until it’s set. Let it cool to room temperature and then refrigerate it until chilled. Serve topped with lots of fresh whipped cream.
