In aflevering zestien vereert de geflipte Maximus ofte Yannick Uyttenhove from Ardooie mij met een trip down memory lane tot diep in de 90's: glorieus tijdperk voor de funk-rap-metal! Als Maximus speelde Yannick solo met enkel stem, basgitaar, contrabas en loopstation van in de Amsterdamse Paradiso tot in uw & mijn living. Maar daarvoor doorliep hij een freelance parcours als bassist voor oa Novastar, Trixie Whitley, Garland Jeffreys (US), Racoon (NL) en vele anderen. Op tour met Franky DSVD's metalband Skitsoy liep hij levende legendes als Lemmy van Motörhead en Mike Patton van Faith No More tegen het lijf, goed voor een zak vol hilarische backstage stories. Tot slot speelt hij zijn 'famous last notes' - zijn interpretatie van Claude Barzotti's tegelplakker "Madame". In het Frans gezongen dan nog, perfecte begeleiding voor het fris glas Corsicaanse rosé, besproken door sommelier Bernard De Vriendt van VITIS.VIN.
