R.I.P. Geoffrey ... Lessons Learned From Toys R Us - Episode 6

The fall of an iconic store. It's sad. Really sad. I am not even sure where kids go for a toy excursion that's not watered down, like a big box store is. Getting to go to a huge toy store as a child was awesome. It was overwhelming and awesome at the same time. The lessons learned are so damn relevant to small business owners. It is scary enough out there with Target, Walmart, and Amazon nipping at your heals and taking market share. Business owners have a choice to either lay down, or to fight. Your customers are online, so you better be there too building your brand and being top of mind so when the micro-moment happens, they see you. They buy from you, and they do so because they know you and they like you.
