Dr. Wines' 24 Hour Challenge: I want you to get a piece of paper and a pen and write about it. If you like to journal, I want you to journal. Tt is so important to write it down. Why write it down? Because you forget. So, write it down and identify, "What hurts?" What is that big hurt that you're dealing with. Perhaps it is something that happened at church or perhaps it is something in a relationship. Maybe is something going on at work. You know, we've got COVID-19 going on, so maybe something related to that. But what is that big hurt? And generally, it's going to be hurt. You don't want to deal with something you don't want to face you don't want to think about. You don't want to talk about it. That's the hurt that has to be dealt with. And it's amazing how once you deal with it, it will free up all kinds of energy to do all kinds of things. And then what's the other side of that coin?
