The Sydney launch of the book 'Akio Makigawa' celebrating the artist's life and work. Lesley Alway, Director, Asialink Arts introduces Carlier Makigawa, wife of Akio, in a discussion of this monumental publication (fourteen years in the making). The book is officially launched by Dr Michael Brand, Director, Art Gallery of New South Wales. Recorded at Sherman Contemporary Art Foundation (SCAF), 25 September 2014.
