Caitlin Wilkins, American Forces Network Humphreys broadcaster “DJ Caitie" about the Living Pattern Survey (LPS) survey at Camp Humphreys, South Korea, Oct. 10, 2024. Parker talked about how the survey is designed to ensure military members assigned to overseas locations receive a Overseas Cost of Living Allowance (OCOLA) that helps them maintain the purchasing power they would have stateside. The survey is now available online and the results will factor into the overall COLA rate.
