He was one of the writers selected for the Imagine 2200 climate fiction contest with his story "When It's Time to Harvest." In Brazil, he was a finalist for two important SFF awards and published multiple stories. His fiction has also appeared in Portuguese and Italian. Sanderson Tavares is a Brazilian musician, translator, and copy editor, with a not-at-all-secret love for voice acting, a career that he's been pursuing ever since one of those infamous pandemic identity crises hit him in the head (We've all had those, right?!).
