Karen McKenney: Celebrating 40 years of Youth Theater Education

Karen McKenney is an unsung hero that has dedicated her life to mentoring and educating the Las Vegas youth about every aspect of theater. With a B.A. in Theater Performance from the University of Rhode Island and a M.A, in Child Drama from Arizona State University, she brings an incredible wealth of knowledge to our city. She has been involved in the Rainbow Company Youth Theater Program since 1980 and continues to elevate the program offerings and experience as each year goes by. I really enjoyed learning about Karen's story as well as all of the amazing things that are happening in the 40th season of the Rainbow Company Youth Theater.
