For the last 13 years, Jay Zimmer has taught human anatomy and physiology and animal physiology at Gardner-Webb University. Previously, he taught human anatomy and physiology, as well as marine biology, for seven years at South Florida Community College. Earlier in his career, he taught biology, earth science, chemistry, and physics at a small private high school.
