Dotsie Bausch - Dotsie is an Olympic Silver Medalist in cycling. She decided to go diary free because of her love for animals she didn't want to consume animal products, rather she uses plant based products for food. After doing so she noticed a significant change in her health and body. She has joined up with other Olympians and athletes in Switch4Good a movement that tells their story of why they ditched dairy. Karina Velasco - Karina is an expert in personal transformation and energetics. She is the founder and creator of the Yorgasmic Method which is focused on personal freedom, self realization, spirituality and conscious sexuality. Her passion is to support people in their path to freedom by deepening their connections with themselves and others. A woman with more than 25 years of experience across a wide range of disciplines, she has the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, fun and practical tools. We discuss her book "The Future of Sex".
